Quilthoeve Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the Quilt retreat from April 12 until April 19, 2026.

Quilthoeve registrations that are cancelled on or before September 30, 2025, are refundable but the deposit (£300,-) is retained.
Cancellation up to 12 weeks before the start: 50% of the activity cost.
Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start: 75% of the activity cost.
No refund will be given for cancellations within 8 weeks of the start.
Registration fees may be transferred to another individual, but only after written consultation with the organization via info@quilthoeve.nl.

We understand that sometimes illness and tragedy occur at the last minute and may make it impossible for you to attend the Event. We understand that there are circumstances beyond your control, but it also leaves us with a vacancy that we are unable to fill and still have to pay for your space at the venue.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
If the event Quilthoeve must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, Quilthoeve will refund all fees paid to participants, With exclusion because of the costs incurred for pattern and fabric kit. In that case, they will be sent to your home address.
Quilthoeve does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel or extra lodging.
