Quilting in the Lowlands is a trade name under the company Quilthoeve. Quilthoeve Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the Quilt retreat from May 21 until May 30, 2027.

Registrations made after October 1, 2025, that are cancelled on or before June 30, 2026, are refundable but the deposit (€ 700,-) is retained.
Registrants who cancel after June 30, 2026 will not receive a refund and will be required to pay the remaining balance. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.

We understand that sometimes illness and tragedy occur at the last minute and may make it impossible for you to attend the Event. We understand that there are circumstances beyond your control, but it also leaves us with a vacancy that we are unable to fill and still have to pay for your space at the venue.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
If the event Quilthoeve must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, Quilthoeve will refund all fees paid to participants, With exclusion because of the costs incurred for pattern and fabric kit. In that case, this will be sent to your home address.
Quilthoeve does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel or extra lodging.
