Quilthoeve Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the Quilt retreat from May 23 until June 1, 2025.
Quilthoeve registrations made before July 31, 2023, that are cancelled on or before October 1, 2023, are refundable but subject to a $75 administrative fee.
Quilthoeve registrations made after October 1, 2023, that are cancelled on or before June 30, 2024, are refundable but the deposit is retained.
Registrants cancelling after July 1, 2024 no refund will be given, and the cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
If the event Quilthoeve must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, Quilthoeve will refund all fees paid to participants. Quilthoeve does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel or extra lodging.
